PD150 Front Mount Intercooler Hard Pipework Kit

Fits ALL VW Golf / Bora Mk4 1.9 TDI, with ARL PD150 engines This Intercooler Pipework Kit replaces all those famous boost leak hoses that come on the car from factory. This kit is a must for any ARL PD150 standard or mapped car.

It is designed to be used with the standard Front Mounted intercooler on the 1.9 TDI ARL PD150 Engines or the S3 Intercooler modified to fit. The hard Pipe Kit also eliminates the problematic clip connectors that come on the VAG cars.

This Kit Consists Of:

• Alloy hard Pipe Kit with MAP Sensor Boss fitted
• ALL Silicone Hoses and joins  
• Comes with Stainless Steel Clamps
• X4 Alloy couplers to fit standard connections 

All the silicones included in the kit may require slight Trimming to suit your set up,

These are left long to take in to consideration tolerances between cars.

Please note you will be required to use the oem O rings (which are not supplied with the kit )
