Fabia, Polo & Ibiza FMIC Hard pipe Kit 

This kit is purposely designed to increase airflow and provide more efficient air cooling to your engine. The intercooler has a durable bar-and-plate core with high flow end tanks, thus providing superior performance.  This is a great upgrade option for increasing the boost on your PD130 engine.

• Seat Ibiza MK4 1.9 TDI PD130 2003-2007  
• Skoda Fabia VRS 1.9TDI PD130 2003-2007
• Volkswagen Polo 9N 1.9TDI PD130 2003-2007

Please note, some trimming of the vehicle’s crash bar and bumper is required to fit this item, and we do recommend professional installation. No instructions are included with this kit but pictures can be sent.

• 1x Front Mount Seat Sport Intercooler
• 2x Hardpipes (57mm diameter) 
• 4x Silicone Hoses 
• 8x T-Bolt clamps 
• 2x Intercooler Brackets (optional)
• 1x Turbo Coupler [AL0007] (optional)
• 1x EGR coupler [AL0004] (if EGR retained)
• 1x EGR delete (if EGR removed)

Please note, the 'O' rings for the couplers are not included. You will need to retain your original OEM O-ring. All our kits have been thoroughly checked and tested, and have been designed to fit perfectly. However, please be informed that this kit WILL NOT directly fit vehicles with xenon headlights and headlight washer systems. 
Please also note that this item is only available for sale to the UK and European markets. IT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO OTHER MARKETS.
