Non Stretch Injector Clamping bolts for the 1.9TDI Engines, these bolts can be reused unlike the OEM stretch Bolts. 

Recommended Non Stretch Torque Settings:

Ensure all bores are clean and free if debris, ensure injectors are seated properly, Then, tighten to 14NM

1.9 & 2.0 8v TDI PD

Also ensure the bolt hole is free of oil & debris or you risk damage or snapping
